Age on Edit Family Block Miscalculating

Description

When you have a person who is missing a birth year in their birthdate, their age is miscalculated on the edit family block.

Actual Behavior

An age is being calculated even without a birthyear on the Family Edit Block. When you then go and edit the family you will see an inaccurate age displayed. It seems to be calculating starting at the year 1801 if a birth year is not given.

Expected Behavior

Family Edit Block would would not display an age for that person without a birth year. This is how previous versions of Rock prior to v16 functioned.

Steps to Reproduce

• Go to a person's profile and remove the birth year from their profile.
• Click on the pencil on the family to begin editing the family
• See error in age calculation.
