Steps to Reproduce

I only have seen this with one of our registration setups and have been unable to reproduce it with new registrations.

1. Setup a Registration Template
2. Add a Registrant Attribute
3. Navigate to the registration page (using the Obsidian Registration block) as a logged in user
4. Enter info into a registrant attribute field
5. Click the next button
6. Click the Previous button
7. See that the registrant attribute field previously entered is now gone

Expected behavior:

All form data is retained when the user navigates from the Review Registration step using the previous registration button.

Actual behavior:

For logged in users we are seeing some Registration that do not retain registrant attribute info upon clicking the previous button.
