Obsidian Registration Block Not Honoring Conditional Fields

Description

Obsidian Registration Block is not honoring conditional fields.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Setup a Registration Template that has at least one conditional field.
2. Setup a Registration Instance.
3. Add the Obsidian Registration Entry block to the Registration page and proceed through the registration process.
4. Answer the question so that it triggers the conditional item.
5. The conditional question will not populate.

Expected behavior:

Conditional Registrant Attributes on a registration will populate when prompted by the correct response.

Actual behavior:

The secondary questions do not populate and the form skips them completely. This does not occur on the standard block.

I was able to reproduce this on v13.4 too, so I've adjusted the title.

I know this is closed, but I'm seeing the behavior with campuses fields in 14.1 as well. I can use other types, but it's not honoring a multiselection of campuses in my case. See this thread.
