Reprint Labels not showing "Can Check-In" people

Description

When attempting to Reprint Check-In Labels at the Kiosk only family members are shown for selection, not others checked in with the Can Check-In relationship.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a child with a Can Check-In relationship to a different family.
2. Check in both the family children and the "Can Check-In" child.
3. Click on the gear and login to get to the reprint option.
4. Click Reprint.
5. Put in the same phone number used originally.
6. The list of people only includes the family children and is missing the child checked in with the "Can Check-In" relationship.

Expected behavior: I would expect all children checked in using the original phone number to also appear for reprint when the same number is used again.

Actual behavior: Only direct family members can be reprinted.

1. Note that there is a potential way to print the other child through Check-In Manager but that is used by a different group of people at present, not at the kiosk where the issue occurs.
2. Note that if the "Can Check-In" child or their family has a phone number associated with that family, it can be used to reprint, but if a new child there is often no separate phone number available and/or known.

• Rock Version: 12.7 (With Triumph provided Check-In Manager extensions) . Also duplicated on RockSolidChurchDemo in 13.6.

This is confirmed, however as a workaround to reprint at the kiosk itself you can search for the child that was checked in by name instead of by phone number (tapping into the field at the top brings up a keyboard). The reprint search field allows name and phone search, regardless of the checkin configuration's search settings.
