Feature Request: Clockwise and Counterclockwise rotation hotkeys

Problem to be solved

I think clockwise and counterclockwise rotation should be placed alongside picker delete and replace on a hotbar.

The way you can access dir through the rightclick context menu is kinda clunky? I think as a user i would be more content with just holding a hotkey or two and just click specific atom i need to rotate
