Feature Request: custom filter presets based on planes and layers within the enviroment

Problem to be solved

As the tittle suggests, i think the most obvious way to let users customize display filters is to let them create them using plane or layer range:

The way i imagine it, all user would need to input is range from one plane/layer to another as well as its name. Like this: Name = "Floor_Decal layer" Plane_Range: From = 0, To = 5

The fact that custom display filters can overlap shouldn't be a problem, as long as we just check if certain plane value is within the values that are allowed with custom filters
