Feature Request: Hotkey options

Problem to be solved

Currently, from what I can at least tell, all hotkeys are hard-coded in and cannot be edited whatsoever. Because of this, if people don't enjoy a specific hotkey decision they just have to suck it up instead of being able to edit it. Allowing for it to be edited would be great for people to streamline their mapping experience. As an example of myself, I have become extremely used to the shift + LMB & ctrl + LMB pick & delete hotkeys, but now they are relegated to S and D, and I find myself struggling to get used to that.

Sugest a solution

Add somewhere in the preference menu to either edit hotkeys to ones they prefer, or alternatively give them some pre-set options they can pick from for their desired layout, if that's a less code-intensive option.
