I am having an issue trying to get this bot online

I'm not quite sure where I enter my bots token ID to make it appear online on my discord server. I read the instructions and itt said I need to create/edit a .env file. I'm not sure how to do that, any help would be greatly appreciated!

I tried adding a secret in replit Called "TOKEN" with my token id as the value. Also, I tried to add TOKEN: to the config.json file and I am getting this error message. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Screen Shot 2022-04-11 at 5 56 30 PM
