pineflash pineflash only proposes unstable versions

Hi,

I'm running pineflash, and it proposes me only 3 release candidates, but no stable version.

I think it should propose at least the latest stable version.

I believe I have this functioning locally. I'd feel more comfortable if this was refactored out into something testable, but that may be out of scope for this issue. I should have a PR up tonight.

Just got a new Pinecil V2. It was kind of annoying seeing the RCs. Would've been happy to Flash 2.22 instead of a minimum 2.23-RC1
