Electron 32 cannot resize window in wayland

Bug description
Hello men,
I am using webcord for more than a year now but recently after my ubuntu re-installation i notice webcord cannot be resize by grabbing border or corner of the app in wayland but in X11 no issue at all. Many app seam to have this problem : https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=300635
I post here to alert people, you are not alone and the problem come from electron not webcord code. Waiting for the electron fix :)
Additional context
If you use flatpak, you can disable wayland and go back to X11 in one click using flatseal
