[🇨🇳] Chinese Language Support

I've created Chinese language support for the web interface (PR #774 ).If you have any suggestions you can write them down. You can find the language files at web_interface/lang.

The language file names cn.lang.

It may be your version is too low.Try the latest version to see if the problem will.
