[Bug] Settings menu in steam overlay small and cant be resized

• [x] I have checked the theme options
• [x] Information the store gamepage looks buggy but it is not (it is currently in the skinning process)

As you can see its small

Expected Behavior

I guess it shouldnt be that small at all and must be resizable

Steps To Reproduce

1. Launch any game
2. Open steam overlay
3. Press settings button in overlay
