[Bug] Accent colors not applied in some places

• [x] Information the store gamepage looks buggy but it is not (it is currently in the skinning process)

Describe the Bug!

I set the accent color to green but the store's (and basically all the web pages) scroll bars and cart are still accented with the default purple. The SpaceTheme logo is purple too but I assume that's because it's just an image

Expected Behavior

The aforementioned elements should be accented with the correct color

Steps To Reproduce

1. Change the accent colors
2. Open the Store, Community, or Profile page and look at the scroll bar (and the cart button for the store page)
3. Notice that they're still the default purple

The update did fix the cart button color thanks! I'm on millennium 2.20.1

ok, then it's a millennium bug because i just checked the colors are imported into the store differently from millennium, so i can't fix it
