[Bug] Scrollbar in exit Steam window

Describe the Bug!

There are scrollbars in menus like game starting and exiting steam, instead of the menus being displayed at full height.

Expected Behavior

The menus should be displayed at full height without scrollbars.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Launch a game/Exit steam from the tray icon
2. See the scrollbar.

Currently not fixable because you cannot access the CSS of this Windows
