[Bug] Whenever I wake my PC from sleep or hibernate, SpaceTheme (Steam) freezes, but weirdly I can still scroll?

Describe the Bug!

Title. It only happens when I turn on my PC. I have no experimental features enabled. I can't click on anything, but I can still scroll. When I restart Steam, it does not happen anymore. Only when I turn my PC on. I get that this is in alpha, but it's pretty annoying.

Expected Behavior

I can't click on anything, but I can still scroll. It's like Steam is semi-frozen.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Open Steam with the SpaceTheme skin
  2. Turn off your PC by sleep/hibernate.
  3. Turn it back on again.
  4. Steam freezes.

Is Steam slightly smaller when you start your pc for the first time than when you restart steam?

Yes, it's not in fullscreen when I wake my PC up from sleep.It's slightly smaller.

i rather meant that it looks as if you had set the zoom level to 90 or 80% in the browser on a website
