Issue: Firefox miscounts enabled sites

Describe the bug Firefox will not count any plugins, but count all builtins as enabled when the page is loading and has focus.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the options page
  2. Click on the page (the logo is fine)
  3. Refresh the page by using the keys (Ctrl + R or F5)
  4. See error

Expected behavior Count the enabled sites correctly.
