ERRED_PAGE seems to appear, when trying to get the APP ID for new user sign ups..!

apparently, Telegram does not allow sign up of application IDs to random users.

need to check 149 and understand the output in such cases ☹️🤔

looks like it is broken from Telegram side, the fix is simple, but I can't do it currently. Let me wait for Telegram reply, or I will "fix" it after some days. :\
