Channel Name issue

When i try doing the commands it says this " if message.channel.name != channel_name: NameError: name 'channel_name' is not defined"

not sure how to fix

Strange could you give me your python version ? Right now I think that either your discord server is misconfigured or you have another python version that's not supported by the program or one if its module.
