@mxa055 This doesn't really have any dependency on node other than for its build step. It's already on Bower which is a more appropriate repository for front-end/browser packages.

Yes, this is the issue. Safari 6.1 doesn't have the issue but 6.0 and 6.0.5 do.
@dallonf Theoretically that can be handled by media queries rather than device detection. The smaller the screen, the less animations they get.

I agree. Though perhaps we can provide actual situations where both would be used. Nothing too verbose, just some clear delineation between the two in order to make the choice...
