Let Diplomat do extra damage based on the G_UNIQ tag instead of the M2_PNAME tag

There are many unique monsters where Diplomat doesn't do extra damage, because they don't have the M2_PNAME tag. Can this be changed to using the G_UNIQ tag instead?

It's certainly possible and would make it a bit more useful. Could replace SPFX_SEEK (as this isn't used for anything) with SPFX_DGENO (could also be utilized for artifacts that affect monsters that generated in the dungeon, hell, etc)

Very late input, but SPFX_SEEK was the property Excalibur has in vanilla that lets hostile monsters track you whether or not they have eyes from what I can tell.
