Remove unnecessary stuff from pre/postKubeadmCommands

We use k8s capi images from https://github.com/osism/k8s-capi-images, where kubelet, kubeadm and other necessary tools are already pre-baked. Why install it again? Also, some other stuff can be removed from there probably.
