Feature request: Being able to read fceux's .fm2 movie format.

I made a TAS for NES Tetris on FCEUX. But I want to be able to playback on mesen because it has a lot more accurate emulation, and better graphics. Please consider make a conversation tool for fm2 to mmo in the future. I really need this.

By the way please enable the issues tab on github, OK?
