I don't run unsigned apps.

@fulldecent Change the settings

    • Go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy.
    • Go to general tab.
    • Go to option 'Allow apps downloaded from' - select 'Anywhere'

@fulldecent my Mac display the same screen like yours but I also have another button on the right bottom saying "open anyway" so I believe you don't have administrator rights to your mac.

use the context menu to open the App for the first time (right click -> open)
