Can I use my iphone to connect to soundcloud desktop to control songs????

I have a desktop computer that has speakers connected to it that can play outside.... Apps like spotify have a desktop client that will lets you connect to your WIFI and control your songs....

can I do this with soundcloud? This will let me control the volume and tracks from my backyard.... I just don't like spotify as much as I like soundcloud.. Can I do this????

Currently it's not possible, but I also thought aobut remote control for soundnode, so this might be added in future.

@loretoparisi i thought about http server running with soundnode, so you could simply control soundnode with web browser on any device, no apps required.

Apple has "remote" which works good, but I don't want to control itunes, and spotify has a remote app too.. Thanks again. How's the progress?

@jackie11 If you want to test it you can download it here. You need to enable it in the settings of Soundnode and then restart Soundnode. You can access it on port 8319. If you encounter any bugs or have feedback, please post it in #799.
