[FEATURE SUGGESTION] Playback speed controls (eg: for podcasts)

Using Soundcloud API for podcasts is hampered by the fact there's no way to speedup playback. A typical podcast app will give you 2x or 3x playback speed.

To me, it would be a great addition to Soundnode to include such a feature, especially since the official Soundcloud website also does not include playback speed adjustment so there's no good solution.

I have submitted a pull request with the basics of such a feature. #1014
