skype to matrix reactions mapping

The reactions that people leave on messages in the Skype (smiles, thumb ups, etc) gets to matrix as edits but don't convert to matrix reactions. So when somebody react with the smile on skype, Riot shows that message has been redacted, but redacted text is the same as an original text and no reaction appears.
