[MatrixEventHandler] error: Puppet not found. Something is REALLY wrong!!!!

I have installed matrix using the ansible playbook and everything is working fine. except I have a problem with 'mx_puppet_skype'. when i send the message: link [email protected] my-password to the skype puppet bridge it responds with ERROR: Username or password wrong when I look at matrix-mx-puppet-skype logs i see the error: [MatrixEventHandler] error: Puppet not found. Something is REALLY wrong!!!!
