swap feature

Implementation of FR #466.

Hello :wave:, this PR bring in swap functionality:

  • Add additional props for the plugin options
  • Introduces a "swapped" property for change event to keep tracking the behavior.

Example is included as well, feel free to have a look if you think it is useful.

This thing doesn't work for me. Half the time to swapped event isn't emited and dropping the element doesn't do anything. Sometimes it seems to work after a hot reload, I don't know, it's weird.

@Genroa Maybe it's a bit late, but have you tried the example, can you confirm that it works fine on your side?
