Resolves #1080 and provides a solution to #743 that doesn't require ForceFallback.

While waiting for a merge it's possible to install this branch with yarn add itsjohncs/Vue.Draggable#upgrade-sortablejs.

@David-Desmaisons is there any chance to get this merged? Do you still intend to maintain Vue.Draggable in the future? The package looks rather unmaintained with no commits and complete silence for more than one year.
