MMF2SDK is very out of date

The windows SDK is very behind the times - in fact so behind that it uses the stdafx precompiled header.

If there's no issues compiling any of the MMF2SDK projects, you can replace it freely. I would merge myself but internet is off at my house until the 10th Dec.

I'll work on the MMF2SDK as a last priority; it works, but it works poorly. Updating it would mainly be an enhancement.
