can't open the window .exe file.

I have downloaded the moov-dl_x86.exe file but whenever I open it, it flash the cmd window and then shutdown immediately

Because it's CLI. You need to open up Command Prompt and call it with your args.

G:\moov-dl\moov-dl_x86.exe -u ... You can also drag the exe onto an open Command Prompt window to get its path.
