Please move dump logic from service provider to another class

Please move dump logic (parse and write file) from service provider to another class (it s need for SlimPHP framework compatible)

im sorry but these classes were created as helper for silex plugin and it's is no longer developed my me. I have no interest to make any changes, but if anybody wants to continue in these projests I'll gladly move repo ownership
