Not outputting VPK

Open Whheat opened this issue 1 year ago • 9 comments

Godot version: 3.5.rc5 OS/device including version: Windows 10/linux steamOS (I tried both) Issue description: I’m attempting to port cruelty squad to Vita and the VPK won’t export only the Pck or Zip.

Is the export button clickable?

It was not. Granted, I haven’t touched the project in a while since the subreddit bullied me into quitting effectively. But I still think it’s doable.

Have you installed the export templates (for the vita)?

technicaljicama avatar Sep 18 '23 14:09 technicaljicama

Yes I have.

I also verified the version of cruelty squad I was using is the last version compatible with this godot version.

I am having the same issue as Whheat with exporting this Godot project: https://github.com/MrBessrour/Snake-game-with-godot-engine

Using the latest release build on Windows 11.

Hm, I'd say just install the default vpk and manually export the pck file and call it game.pck. Should go into ux0:app/GODOTID/game_data/. I still have these because I was following this port and even made my own port a while ago.

Same here. Using latest build with Windows 10. Maybe we need to install VitaSDK?

I had the same problem but fixed it by exporting it to the project directory
