[enchancement] Add taskbar icon + rightclick options (incl. process kill option).

  1. Start the app with system, hidden in the taskbar
  2. Righclick menu to launch Steam version/Ubisoft Connect version/kill game processes (easiest way: @ECHO OFF taskkill /IM "RainbowSix.exe" /F taskkill /IM "RainbowSix_Vulkan.exe" /F taskkill /IM "RainbowSix_BE.exe" /F )
