Nearly Constant writing to disk

Hello Dear Creator,

Thank you very much for your awesome project, it works flawlessly in the last 1 year since im using and it helps a lot with my online work.

Im running it on a NAS inside docker and my problem is that its nearly constantly writing to disk and I minimized all the processes what is writing to the disks so the NAS is really quiet ( also its next to our bedroom ) and I want to really keep an eye on my disks because its really expensive. This is the only process on the whole NAS what is constantly writing and make sounds.

I know this is not a big issue for you, but that would save the day for me really!

Here you can see the process, that comes up every 2-3 second.

I would try anything to stop this, please if you have any idea share with me.
