Remove dependence on jlesage/docker-baseimage-gui

Currently this docker image is dependant on this image: https://hub.docker.com/r/jlesage/baseimage-gui which hasnt been updated in months

from this dockerfile: https://github.com/jlesage/docker-baseimage-gui/blob/master/Dockerfile.alpine

I would like to move this logic into this repository as upstream is not reliable or regurlarly updated
