Remove NET Core 2.1 java ITs as NET Core 2.1 is out of support.

@svraaij what do you mean by this ticket? This issue is only about removing some integration tests (no functional change for any users). The PR that will close this issue will be merged after the .NET Core 2.1 support is dropped by the SonarScanner for .NET. More information about the runtime support of the SonarScanner for .NET can be found here.
