The mod "Rats" adds a status called Plague, which prevents healing. The Health and Nutrition Modules I assume use some sort of special script rather than a normal healing effect, because they work through the Rats plague. I tested with a few other effects, and none of them work through the plague, but the health/nutrition module does.
