Webpack 5.75

I noticed that your patched webpack was merged a few days ago as part of 5.75.0, and so tried bumping the version. I had to deviate from the instructions it seemed, but with the below commands it worked. Thank you for posting this!

vscode-web-wasm-webpack-plugin$ npm run build

vscode-rust-web$ npm run compile-web
vscode-rust-web$ npm run run-in-browser
