question: fl=*,[child] ?

is there an example for retrieving child documents anywhere? I'm not sure what to put in options.Fields: { "*", "[child]" } ? -- nor what to put in the model: pseudo-field names of child docs? Of what type as there's neither var [] not childDocument ?
