Heavy Armour Nerfs Flight: Armour Like Iron, Diamond, And Netherite, Are All Probably Real Heavy, And Therefore Would Make Flight Slower And More Taxing. This Could Also Be Automatically Compatible With Other Mods If Weight Is Determined By Armour Value. Probably Best To Be Tied To A Gamerule If Some Ponies Prefer Not Dealing With That.
My Idea Here Is To Make The Pegasus More Of A Glass Cannon, Taking High Damage If Hit But Moving Fast Enough To Make It An If. Plus, With Only Affecting Flight, Nothing Stops The Pegasus From Wearing Really Good Armour When In A Tight Cave Where Flight Is Just A Deathwish Anyways.
Thinking I would determine the weight based on the amount of armour protection you have. That way it becomes a trade-off of protection versus maneuverability.
