Describe how workspaces work

The current spec no longer talks about workspaces,but there is still a mention of them when you create a thing from the 'Your stuff' view: Screenshot 2020-02-13 13 50 07

Oh.. I did not come across workspaces so far. What are they?
@timbl what do you think? Are they still in the protocol or was it experiemental? Do we want users to make use of them or...

Because we do not have a label for it -> this is low priority. It is to be determined if workspaces will be kept or not.
