Cannot add "Make New Schedulable Event", get an error

I am an inrupt.net user. From my Public folder, green "+", I added a "Make New Schedulable Event". I enter a Schedulable Event name, no problem. I am returned with this error message: Error: Cannot mint new - missing newInstance
