Roadmap page: make it more clear that tabs are clickable

On https://solidproject.solidcommunity.net/Roadmap/ one doesn't suspects that there is content to see by clicking on Table View Task Category Settings because these above strings are pale.

Maybe the background colour of these tabs should, indeed, be paler than the one actually viewed but not the strings themselves.

This concerns the issue-pane. Maybe an idea to make it bit more obvious that there is data, could be to change the default selected tab by reordering the tabs. Maybe have “Table View” as the first tab in the navigation.
