Will work on this in the 'design-26-march' branch today, then in 6 hours from now we can see how we can split up the rest of the work between @SharonStrats and myself.

@SharonStrats I made a first start in https://github.com/solid/solid-ui/pull/289. We can start by adding all elements from https://design.inrupt.com into solid-ui one by one. Let's meet in 3 hours from now (your 6am) if that's ok, and we can talk through the way I used JSS in that PR, and who will do which atom / molecule / organism.
