[Feature Request] allow window to be fully transparent

It would be "practical" in very specific situations, but allowing the window to be fully transparent when the transparency mode is set to "When inactive" or "When mouse is outside of window" would be nice.

Hello - really sorry for the late reply! Did you have any examples of use-cases where a 100% transparent window would be useful?

Sure! When I made the request I was still using 2 monitors, my main one with my IDE and second one with a video/stream in the background. What I wanted to do (and still do, can't have too much stuff open) is have Masterplan open on the same monitor as my background content but invisible, and then I can mouse over it to look at it and use it and it hides when I go back.

This is probably a very niche use case but I feel like it could be useful to some people.
