NPC rating should display not only in sidebar

NPC difficulty ratings now display in ActorDirectory (ie. the sidebar) but not in some other, useful places: fix this.

• compendiums
• on the battle map (perhaps hide it from players? make that configurable system-wide? display according to visibility of information on monster?)

Have a look around for other places where it might be required, too.

Rating added to compendium.

Adding to the map is important, too, but will be part of the work on combat system integration.
