[Bug]: Fix topic in req-reply samples to not include name on last level
Bug Description
I thought this was fixed a while ago? For request-reply samples, don't include name on last level (don't prompt for it either), and replier doesn't need to include a /> on its subscription.
Expected Behavior
Interoperability with other APIs.
Steps to Reproduce
Run JCSMP replier + run Python requestor ~or~ Run Pytyon replier + run JCSMP requestor
