Replay capabilities for Consumers

It would be nice if the Solace Binder offered replay capabilities.

The whole thing could be configured per consumer and, for example, offer a "beginning, date or none(Default) " mode, in the date mode you could specify the offset time. Something like go back 20 minutes.

Hello @MikeR13 , we were looking at this request and feel like it's something we may want to do, but we were trying to nail down some use cases.

Can you expand on the request with some examples of how you would use it and where/when in your app?
