[Bug]: (re)adding remote repository in UI does not show new plugins

Bug Description

After removing the repo from the json and readding via the web ui the new plugins do not show up.

Expected Behavior

plugins shhould show up when I add the repo remotely in the ui

Steps to Reproduce

add/readd a plugin in the plugin ui from a remote repo and attempt to install a plugin
